Our state or art mailing software and addressing equipment gives you the opportunity of obtaining a significant reduction in postal fees.
What we can do for you
• When you have supplied us your digital list of addresses that you wish to send mail to we start by screening the list for any duplicates. This way you don't pay to deliver multiple pieces to the same recipient.
• Then we certify the list for "bulk mailing" using the USPS programs that confirm the zip codes and identify any addresses that the post office have been notified of a change of address. (CASS and MOVE certificaton)
• Then we print the addressing information onto each piece together with a barcode, and sort in mailing trays to get the USPS automated mail postage discount.
• Then we deliver them to the post office for you.
